Miley Cyrus was spotted at a recording studio in Beverly Hills on November 19th.

Joined by fellow paparazzi magnet Kelly Osbourne, the actress/singer looked cute in a plaid button-up shirt layered over a white t-shirt with jeans. And rumor has it Miley has found love once again, this time with Nickelodeon heartthrob Avan Jogia. During a recent interview with Tiger Beat magazine, Jogia was asked if he and Miley are an item. His reply? “We’re hanging out, but I don’t really have too much to say about that.”
