Miley Cyrus has landed in Paris, France! The “Two More Lonely People” singer was seen out and about today, September 4, in Paris. She looks so happy!

Not a huge fan of those pants but I love her beanie. She looks very pretty, too. Miley is in Paris to finish filming LOL. I’m sure while she is there she’ll premiere her European based single/music video, “Who Owns My Heart”.

Also, Miley debuted her new heart tattoo today. It’s cute and simple, located on her pinky.
