Grosse Pointe South High School has been transformed into a movie set this week as filming continues on the Hollywood comedy “LOL,” starring Miley Cyrus and Demi Moore.

The school has been standing in since Wednesday for fictional Wrigley High School in Chicago. Cyrus plays a 15-year-old student who’s dealing with boy problems and the breakup of her parents.

A crowd of up to 40 people, mostly teenage girls, was camped outside Grosse Pointe South on Wednesday and today and eager to catch a glimpse of the pop star-actress. Filming is taking place in a gym, hallways and three classrooms at the Grosse Pointe Farms school, as well as in an assistant principal’s office and a courtyard between two buildings.

“They’re using a lot of the school, everything except what’s needed for fall sports,” says Principal Al Diver, who shared lunch twice with the “LOL” cast and crew.

Diver found Cyrus and her father, singer Billy Ray Cyrus, to be “very low-key and surprisingly down-to-earth.” He asked Miley Cyrus for an autograph for his granddaughter.

Meanwhile, Cyrus sightings have kept cell phones humming around the shopping area known as the Village on Kercheval Avenue in Grosse Pointe.
“It’s getting a little obsessive,” says 16-year-old Olivia Ray of Grosse Pointe Park, who watched as Cyrus was pursued by autograph seekers while trying to buy a bag of chips at CVS.
“She told everyone to quit stalking her, to give her some space,” says Ray. “I can understand her frustration, but she could have been a little less rude about it.”

Ooooh sweet nibblets please tell me this isn’t sooo! Hanny Montany is now asking her parents to sign paperwork to get her some cosmetic surgery because she feels the need to enhance her girls. Turns out that Miley Cyrus is Idolizing Holly Madison (Girls Next Door).

Sources say:

Miley is intent on getting a boob job, and she’s insisting her parents sign the consent forms, which is required since she is still 17.”

Yea she’s trying to her! Don’t get me wrong I LOVE Holly but I don’t think a 17 year old girl should aspire to be her so young.

And, I’m not talking in terms of how famous she is. The 17-year-old wants to remodel the upstairs bedroom- if you will… and she’s hoping to end up the same size as Hugh Hefner’s ex, Holly Madison. OMG. 17 year old Miley Cyrus is finally free from Disney. Her days of playing Hannah Montanna are over and now she’s free to be who she wants to be.

Miley wants everyone to know that she’s all grown up. She’s dressing more provocatively and singing about how she “Can’t Be Tamed”. Well now she’s planning on making a change to her body.

Star Magazine is reporting that Miley is looking into going under the knife to get breast augmentation.  Their sources say that she is after the same size rack as Playmate Holly Madison.

Even in spite of some of the criticism fired off in her direction, “Hannah Montana” star Miley Cyrus is still hoping to inspire young kids both with her TV show and her actions in real life. In a new interview, Miley claims that playing her famous Disney Channel character has been helpful for her to maintain a role model status:
“So I think it has made the transition easier, because I never said I was going to be perfect. I never really put on a persona. I’ve always been really honest about who I am.
“And yes, I want to be a role model and have people look up to me. But this also doesn’t mean that I am not going to live the way I want to live, or do what I think is right.”
Many parents have proclaimed that Miley is exactly the “opposite” of a good role model, beginning with a controversial Vanity Fair photo shoot and most recently continuing with her new album “Can’t Be Tamed” (and its music video).

BIRMINGHAM, Mich. (WXYZ) – Sources tell Action News that one of the biggest Hollywood productions of the year is moving to Birmingham next week. LOL: Laughing Out Loud stars Demi Moore, Miley Cyrus, Thomas Jane and Ashley Greene. It’s about a girl named Lola who navigates high school while dodging her parents in the age of Facebook, YouTube and iTunes.

However, things go south when Lola’s mom, Anne, “accidentally” reads her racy journal. Cyrus plays Lola, while Moore plays Anne.

The movie has been filming around Detroit since July 20. Moore was spotted just before filming at a Garden City karaoke bar with Gerard Butler, who is in Detroit filming Machine Gun Preacher. source.
