Miley Cyrus has done her fair share of crazy things!  She’s attempted to hide them (or most of them) and continue to play the “sweet girl” role that her fans have come to expect.  I have found a couple of pics of Miley that are questionable, while she was partying in France during the shooting of LOL…Is she intoxicated in these pics?! And is that legal over there?  You be the judge!
