Ashley Hinshaw, the 21-year-old rising star who plays Miley Cyrus’s best friend in the upcoming comedy LOL: Laughing Out Loud, talks about working with Miley Cyrus.

JJ: How does your friendship with Miley on-screen compare off-screen?

AH: I didn’t know Miley before I came onto this project. I was hoping that we’d really have a real connection and we absolutely do. She is so fun to be around it’s easy to forget that she’s 17 sometimes because she’s got this great energy and she’s so dedicated to the project and to making it something new and exciting. We really have gotten to be great, great friends and I think that translates on-screen.

JJ: Do you have a favorite memory off-set between you two?

AH: A couple of days ago in the hair and makeup trailer, we talked for 1.5 hours wondering if there are aliens out in the world. She told me stories of people she knows that think aliens exist. One time, I forgot my line and I looked at her and she brought up the alien comment. It sounded so weird and so out of context but it was so funny.

Miley Cyrus may be back on with her former flame Liam Hemsworth, but that doesn’t mean she’s planning on settling down anytime soon.

Miley said: “I definitely don’t want people to think I’m trying to get married anytime soon. I’m way too driven right now, first of all, I’m 17, it’s ridiculous, and second of all, I’ve got so much work I want to get done. I have so much to do, there’s no way it’s happening.

“I don’t need any type of commitment. I’m not living with anybody. I live at home, I still live with my mom, dad and family.”

The singer also revealed she doesn’t feel ready for a big romantic commitment because she wants to experience life and make some mistakes first.

She explained in a video posted on YouTube.com: “I’m not engaged, I’m not getting married anytime soon. I don’t need to do anything but sit and chill and enjoy life, and make good music — music that I love — and that’s the most important thing.

“I’m just living life and learning and going through what everyone has to go through. I’m just figuring out who I am and that is going to be through mistakes and experiences.”

Hannah Montana hottie  Miley  Cyrus posted a new video on Youtube to talk to her fans and clear up some rumors that have been going around about her: – She’s NOT moving in with anybody: “I don’t even know where that came from. That’s been a rumor since I got my very first boyfriend. People have always been like,’Miley is living with her boyfriend.’ I live at home. I’m sitting in my mom’s shoe closet (laughs).”

- She is not getting married

- She does not want a boob job

- She didn’t get in trouble with the cops, she called them to help her with the paparazzi

I’m glad she did this, I think she gets a lot of unnecessary hate and it’s good to clear the air.
