This just in from Contact Music: Tim Winter, president of the Parents Television Council, insists the footage of Miley Cyrus Who Owns My Heart, music video sends the wrong message to Cyrus’ young fans.
He tells TMZ.com, “It is unfortunate that she would participate in such a sexualised video like this one.
“It sends messages to her fan base that are diametrically opposed to everything she has done up to this point. Miley built her fame and fortune entirely on the backs of young girls, and it saddens us that she seems so eager to distance herself from that fan base so rapidly.”
It’s not the first time the teen has courted controversy – she hit the headlines in May (10) after footage of her dancing provocatively in a night club surfaced on the internet.
And the singer/actress caused outrage in 2008 after posing in just a blanket for Vanity Fair magazine.

This weekend a small group of girls were able to meet Miley Cyrus! The girls, who are big fans of Miley, sought Miley out to see if she’d help them with a project.
After several unsuccessful attempts to meet Miles, the girls finally got lucky! They scored pictures with Miley and were invited to come back later so Miley could help them with their project.
This was so sweet of Miley to do! She definitely made these girls’ day!
Also above is video of Dolly Parton, Miley’s godmother, at the Grand Ole Opry birthday bash. At around the 4:00 min mark she talks about Miley and how she thinks people need to cut Miley some slack because she’s just trying to grow up. Dolly says she thinks Miley will be just fine and that she (Dolly) knows how talented she is. I love Dolly.

Miley Cyrus spreads peace and love to the paparazzi capturing her image as she heads to a friends house in Toluca Lake, Calif., on Sunday afternoon (October 10).The 17-year-old actress and mom Tish are bringing awareness to breast cancer throughout the whole month of October alongside City of Hope’s “All in a Week.”
Tish shared with USA Today recently, “Miley has always believed that if we all do something small, you can make a huge difference. When visiting a children’s hospital at home in Tennessee or being involved with City of Hope, it’s about getting out to spread that message.”

Brandi Cyrus spoke with OK! magazine at the Teen Vogue Young Hollywood Party earlier this weekend. Brandi shared some details about her little sister, Miley’s relationship with Liam Hemsworth.
Brandi revealed that, “Liam is honestly one of the most down to earth guys that I have ever met and he is so easy to get along with and he is a great guy and he makes Miley happy so that’s good.”
She also said the pair are a good match because, “he is so laid back and chill. Miley is so hyper and so outgoing, he’s so good for her, and he balances her out really well.”
Brandi, who is adorable, also said that Miley is preparing to move out of her family home but that it won’t be until she’s 18 and her house is ready!

With the return of Miam comes the accolades for being one of the best couples in Hollywood. Miles and Liam have made the list for Celebrity Couple of The Month for Sept. on CelebSnap’s site.
They were ranked #2 out of 28 contenders. Chris Hemsworth, who is Liam’s Brother, and Elsa Pataky took the top spot.
Congrats to Miam. They really are a great couple and should have been #1 in our opinion.

Portrait magazine has asked the fans to nominate what celebs they think are beautiful inside and out. Well after a long process the votes are in and Miley Cyrus and Demi Lovato made the top 20!

Type in Miley Cyrus in Google and you’ll get over 58million results, just over 3million hits talk about her beauty. Recently this past year there has been a lot of criticism over Miley’s fashion choices, but we’re all allowed to make mistakes and she is about to turn 18. I think it’s about time she grew up and when you’re doing that in front millions of people, it may be a little daunting to say the least. Especially when you’ve been told by your parents, publicist, manager and just about everyone around you how to dress day to day when you’re a role model for millions of young fans. Shouldn’t role models be able to think for themselves? And it’s not like she goes out in public with her stage costumes, hello, she’s an entertainer; give the girl some slack. I don’t think she should have to apologize for everything in her life… Anyways, when it comes to Miley’s personal favourites of her own ‘beauty’ she’s quick to say her eyes, my personal favourite besides her hair.Miley Cyrus’ enthusiasm for contributing and helping others has found a variety of channels including The Bear Necessities Pediatric Cancer Foundation, Blessings in a Backpack, City of Hope, Houston Children’s Charity, Libby Ross Foundation, Music for Relief, Musicians on Call, Red Cross & St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. As you can tell by looking at the list not only are the children important to her but she cannot stop with just one venue of helping others. Miley does what she can and uses her celebrity to help out great causes and hopes that it reaches out to others to join causes and touch the hearts of those they help.

You know they say don’t wear brown and black together, but I’ll totally do that.” People Magazine also asked her who she looks up to in fashion: ‘I just love the way that [Kim Kardashian] dresses. She wears clothes that fit her body. I’ve been embracing my body as I’ve been getting older, I’m starting to have curves and I’m embracing it and kind of looking to her style to help me out with that.’She also keeps her younger fans and siblings in mind when picking out her clothes, which is another reason I personally appreciate Demi and her style. “I wear and do what I want.
